My mission is to help educate clients in ways to support the mechanics of health.
During the breathing, walking, and balance training you will understand how to move your body in a way which helps to minimize stress patterns, and allow for increased microcirculation, oxygenation, and overall well-being.
I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, and work closely with the Bellevue Wellness Center Team to understand the specific needs of their clients.
Over the past year, I've also grown into the resident fermentation expert of the Bellevue Wellness Center Team, helping to research and test fermentation equipment, styles, and processes. I've just begun teaching about the results of our studies, and am now holding small group hands-on fermentation classes. During the sessions we create the ferments together, and you take home your first batches for use.
